The most favourable winds here are: South Westerly with the Westerly being an option too.
Good on all tides. High tide is a long reach across the water and conditions are more choppy. Low tide you have to sail a short distance over the first channel and walk across the sandbank to the main channel where you will find nice flat conditions. An adventure!
